Our maintenance program works well with the single-family homes we manage in Eagle Ridge, Westwind, and other Round Rock neighborhoods. We recommend servicing the general household systems and functions twice per year to keep things running efficiently.

Our preventative maintenance program is affordable and smart. The annual rate is $150.00 for TWO service calls per year, or as needed calls for $85 per service trip.

At RentWerx, we provide monthly accounting statements with your rent payment. These statements are detailed and accurate. We document everything, including all of the income and expenses that are associated with your investment property. You’ll see our management fees, which are completely transparent, and you’ll always have access to repair invoices and estimates through your online owner portal.

We send you your rental payments electronically, between the 10th and 12th of each month. Our system of collecting and distributing rent flows efficiently. While our tenants know that we expect them to pay their rent by the first of the month, Texas law allows them a grace period. So, as soon as their payment is made and clears, we forward your payment to you.
